For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new IT team member as Software Test Engineer Web Application (m/f/x).

Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:
- Lead
the test team with a strong sense of ownership and initiative, ensuring
quality assurance is embedded throughout the development cycle
- Develop
and implement test strategies based on ISTQB standards, including system,
integration, and acceptance testing
- Define
test objectives, maintain structured documentation, and manage defects
with clear communication between teams
- Introduce
and maintain automated testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines, tracking
progress via KPIs and metrics
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, development, and product teams, while mentoring and supporting testers and driving continuous improvement
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing, including 1–2 years in
a lead role
- Strong knowledge of test
strategy design, defect handling, and automation tools integrated into
CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with JIRA,
Zephyr/Xray, and ISTQB certification; ability to work in structured and
dynamic environments
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
