For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new IT team member as Senior Software Test Engineer (m/f/x).

Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:
- Develop and implement scalable test strategies aligned with ISTQB standards to ensure high product quality
- Plan, coordinate, and execute system, integration, and acceptance testing while maintaining full requirements traceability
- Build and maintain robust automated test frameworks across UI, API, and system layers, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
- Drive quality transparency by tracking test progress, reporting key quality metrics, and managing the complete defect lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior QA engineers, and continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and automation coverage
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
- Several years of software testing experience, including experience in a lead or senior role
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification required; Advanced Test Manager preferred
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD integration
- Proficiency with JIRA, and familiarity with Zephyr or Xray test management tools
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
