With passion and professionalism, we assist and advise you on site or remotely for all technical questions concerning your Bauer equipment, train your site personnel if needed or help you to efficiently manage your Bauer equipment.

Service advisors

On-site service on your construction site is a matter of course for us. Our experience service technicians are available for you and your employees, not only to answer questions about your Bauer equipment, but also to provide advice on complex construction processes. During their visit, our service technicians review and document the condition of your Bauer equipment and report any irregularities they observe. Generally, they make small repairs on the spot. As experts, they can carry out appropriate inspections as needed.

Training and seminars for customers

Excellent service also includes training, since operators have to be well trained in order to use their equipment safely and efficiently. The experienced trainers from our Bauer Training Center always base their teaching on the participants’ level of knowledge and adapt their training to individual requirements as needed.
