Optimal supply of high-quality original spare parts is absolutely essential to ensure a smooth workflow on site. With more than 30 spare parts warehouses worldwide, we offer you a great deal of flexibility. With more than 100,000 different in-stock parts, we achieve parts availability of 95%. For particular challenges on the site or in the area of logistics, we can create individually tailored spare parts packages for each of our customers. We would be happy to advise you! 

Maintenance and wear parts packages

The service life and repair costs for each machine depends fundamentally on upkeep and maintenance. To achieve optimal performance with your Bauer equipment for as long as possible, we put together individual spare parts and maintenance packages for you. Maintenance packages include all standard components for carrying out the required regular maintenance intervals. Wear parts packages are specially put together by our experts to suit your requirements.   

For a non-binding offer, simply let us know your machine type with serial number and operating hours. 

Drilling tool wear parts

Bauer original drilling tool wear parts were developed in active use, and for active use. They are characterized by top quality, carbide inserts with the highest manufacturing quality, a simplified (and thus time-saving) tooth changeover and enhanced stability thanks to perfected mount shape. Our portfolio of tooth variants is as unique as your project. In addition, we offer you the matching changeover tool for every Bauer original wear part.

Overhauled components

As reliable as new parts: For some of our spare parts, it is possible to acquire overhauled parts at more economical conditions instead of new parts. When offering new parts, we would also be happy to offer you the more economical alternatives. Overhauled components are high-quality refurbished components.

From the machine to the tooth: For the classical methods of specialist foundation engineering as well as for special methods, we offer the most extensive and deep product portfolio worldwide. We offer optimally coordinated components for all applicationsservic to ensure the highest efficiency and performance.  

BAUER Service Kit

With our service kits, we offer you compact spare parts sets for quick repairs. You are equipped with the most commonly needed spare parts and tools so that you are optimally prepared for smaller repairs. Of course, you can also order the spart parts from the service kits. In our service case racks, you can accommodate three to five cases securely and professionally. The service rack is provided as workshop equipment, but can also easily be mounted in a site or workshop vehicle.
