With our two software tools, WEB-BGM and fielddata, we support our customers in keeping pace with the transformation of digitalisation and successfully shaping their digital processes. Our solutions enable our customers to plan, manage and analyse their BAUER equipment and special foundation engineering projects efficiently, regardless of location and at any time.
In order to offer our customers the greatest possible flexibility, we provide customised packages that are optimally customised to their requirements. In this way, we enable our customers to use WEB-BGM and fielddata according to their needs.
WEB-BGM
B-Tronic Online
B-Tronic Online provides a live view of the screen of an active machine in the field, for example for direct remote support.
The tool Machine Data can be used to display and export all relevant machine data. Pre-defined or customised scenarios can be used for detailed analysis and/or optimisation.
The File Explorer is used to manage and download recorded data, including production data. These .dat files can be used, for example, in the B-Report.
In the Service feature, the entire service and repair history of the system can be viewed and maintained. In addition, individual maintenance cycles with lead times can be set as a reminder for the next service.
Messages shows all the messages sent by the equipment at a glance. Various filters can be used, for example, to analyse faults quickly and transparently.
The e-mail abonement function makes it possible to receive automatic notifications for specific equipment messages by creating rules.
Reports provide pre-prepared, detailed reports on the entire fleet. Various filter options (e.g. time period, fleet structure, group selection) can be used to obtain a complete overview of the fleet from the data provided.
With the Live Data tool, the currently transmitted sensor data can be viewed by streaming an active machine in real time.
fielddata
With DesignData, digital planning and target data can be uploaded, modified and sent directly to the site without any paperwork. This eliminates errors and replaces the handwritten pile list.
Worklist makes the target data available to the operator digitally on a tablet as a list of elements to be produced with all relevant information. Manual measurements can be entered directly for the element, values can be corrected and the status can be edited.
Soil can be used to create and manage soil profiles for a project. These are then available in other applications of the fielddata portal.
B-REPORT enables the automated generation of production reports as well as daily and weekly reports by combining recorded production data, manual values and existing project data. Quality documents are created on the basis of existing DIN standards or according to project requirements.
The Filebox allows to easily store all important documents, such as production reports, for the specific foundation engineering project. Filebox also simplifies the exchange of information with project participants - without media breaks.
Activity Input enables direct recording of work processes in the field via a mobile device, independently of the data recorded by the equipment. In this way it is possible to see in Activity what has happened on the site on any given day.
With Performance, we provide clear dashboards with current project data, that allows to track the current status of the site.
Weather provides an hourly weather history of the respective site location.
