Save the Date: Bauer’s Long Night of Training
Schrobenhausen, Germany – “Which career path is right for me?” That’s the question students and their parents can explore at Bauer’s Long Night of Training. On Friday, September 19, 2025, the BAUER Training Center (BAUER-Strasse 2, Schrobenhausen) opens its doors at 5:30 p.m. for an evening full of insights and experiences at the region’s largest company offering vocational training.
The concept has been a proven success for years: In a relaxed atmosphere, visitors have the chance to talk directly with instructors and apprentices about the 17 different vocational training programs offered at Bauer in Schrobenhausen alone. At a variety of interactive stations – including a drilling rig simulator and a blacksmithing demo – students can roll up their sleeves, try things out, and discover which profession best matches their skills and interests.
At 6:15 p.m. and again at 8:30 p.m., Training Manager Gerhard Piske will share insights into the diverse career opportunities available at Bauer. A special highlight awaits guests at 8:00 p.m.: a live drilling rig demonstration at the Aresing plant. For those not arriving by car, a free shuttle service will be available at 7:45 p.m.
