The recipe for our success is teamwork. This also applies for our management. Let us introduce ourselves: the management team of BAUER Maschinen GmbH. 

Tobias Rager

Tobias Rager, born in 1979, studied Industrial Engineering in Karlsruhe and Grenoble. He then completed his diploma thesis at BMW in Munich. Following his international trainee program, he worked for several years at Audi in Ingolstadt in the areas of production, production planning and logistics planning. From there, he moved to the Bosch Group as Head of Supply Chain Logistics at BSH Hausgeräte. This was followed by various management functions with overarching operational and strategic issues in the area of operations, most recently as Vice President Global Operations. Since June 1, 2024 he has been with BAUER Maschinen GmbH, where as Managing Director (COO/CTO) he is responsible for the areas of production, research and development, purchasing and materials management, quality management, product lines and digitalization.

Wulf Flos

Wulf Flos, born in 1979, studied International Business Administration at the University of Brighton. After initial professional positions in the areas of sales (KEYENCE Deutschland GmbH), organization & logistics (Interspar Gesellschaft M.B.H.) and management consulting (Consulting stellwerk), he took on the role of product manager at LIEBHERR Werk Bischofshofen GmbH in 2007. Just two years later, he moved to the position of divisional manager at Saudi LIEBHERR Company Ltd. and subsequently took over the management of LIEBHERR-Australia Pty Ltd in 2011. In 2017, Wulf Flos moved to BAUER Maschinen GmbH. He initially was in charge of investment management and, from 2021, head of distribution and sales operations. In 2019, he became a member of the management board and has been responsible for administration and finance as Managing Director since 2022. 

Other functions and memberships: Various functions in supervisory and administrative boards within the BAUER Group; member of the Rotary Club Schrobenhausen-Aichach
