Dr. Rüdiger Kaub, born in Neunkirchen (Saar), Germany, first studied engineering at the RWTH University Aachen, specializing in mining and metallurgical engineering, before going on to complete his doctorate there. His professional career with a focus on (OEM) sales and service support for various mining companies and construction equipment manufacturers (including Terex, Bucyrus and Caterpillar Global Mining) initially took him around the globe for several years, with responsibilities in North America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, before he took on the senior position of Managing Director at Kleemann GmbH (now part of the John Deere Company), an internationally operating company in the construction machinery industry, in 2016. From October 2018, Dr. Rüdiger Kaub held the role of Senior Managing Director at BAUER Maschinen GmbH, where he has been Chairman of the Management Board since 2019. 

Wulf Flos, born in 1979, studied International Business Administration at the University of Brighton. After initial professional positions in the areas of sales (KEYENCE Deutschland GmbH), organization & logistics (Interspar Gesellschaft M.B.H.) and management consulting (Consulting stellwerk), he took on the role of product manager at LIEBHERR Werk Bischofshofen GmbH in 2007. Just two years later, he moved to the position of divisional manager at Saudi LIEBHERR Company Ltd. and subsequently took over the management of LIEBHERR-Australia Pty Ltd in 2011. In 2017, Wulf Flos moved to BAUER Maschinen GmbH. He initially was in charge of investment management and, from 2021, head of distribution and sales operations. In 2019, he became a member of the management board and has been responsible for administration and finance as Managing Director since 2022.
