Your tasks:

Develop and implement scalable test strategies aligned with ISTQB standards to ensure high product quality
Plan, coordinate, and execute system, integration, and acceptance testing while maintaining full requirements traceability
Build and maintain robust automated test frameworks across UI, API, and system layers, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
Drive quality transparency by tracking test progress, reporting key quality metrics, and managing the complete defect lifecycle
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior QA engineers, and continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and automation coverage

Your profile:

Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
Several years of software testing experience, including experience in a lead or senior role
ISTQB Foundation Level certification required; Advanced Test Manager preferred
Experience with test automation and CI/CD integration
Proficiency with JIRA, and familiarity with Zephyr or Xray test management tools
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
