For our specialized civil engineering project in Gothenburg, Sweden, we are looking for a Grab Operator (m/f/x) to work on a project-based contract, starting as soon as possible until spring 2026.

Your tasks:
- Safely and efficiently operating BAUER Grab Equipment and ancillary equipment within the tolerances set in the project specifications
- Participate in assembly and disassembly of machinery equipment
- Maintain an accurate drilling log
- Ensuring that our machinery is used professionally according to high-quality standards as well as health, safety and environment (HSE) standards
- Reporting all important events, e.g. machine and equipment maintenance as well as unanticipated field changes, to the supervisor and ideally suggest possible solutions
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in operating construction machines and equipment
- Professional experience in operating Cutter or Grab Equipment, e.g. BAUER MC 96, BAUER GB 40, or similar preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work independently and in teams of international composition
- Entitlement to perform work in Sweden, either being of a nationality from an European Union or EFTA country or having a residence permit/work permit title allowing to take over such job in Sweden
