Flexible, intuitive, networked – that's our B-Tronic user interface for Bauer equipment. As a basis, sensors at all relevant points on the equipment record data continually and measure factors such as speed, pressure or position. These data are collected and processed centrally, providing you with information about the status of the equipment and delivering conclusions regarding optimal use.

B-Tronic 5 - Machine operation of the latest generation

With the high-resolution user interface B-Tronic 5 we created the basis for the equipment operation of the next generation. As a significant innovation the emphasis is on the rig operator who is supported in carrying out construction works by the intuitive operation. In addition, we developed the software considering fully networked jobsite equipment.

 

By focusing the user interface on the work process, the following five core elements result:

  • Thanks to its multiple levels, the B-Tronic 5 is as flexible as the daily work on your site.  
  • The new user interface is designed to be intuitive.  
  • Prefabricated interfaces enable straightforward data recording and exchange, as well as networking.  
  • The content on the user interface dynamically adapts to the process stages.  
  • The B-Tronic 5 can be personalized individually by the user through user profiles and display adjustments.
