The future is electric: BAUER eBG 33 H all electric

Highly efficient, zero local emissions and extremely quiet – that’s our eBG 33 H all electric. Not only has the diesel drive been replaced by a powerful electric drive, but all the main consumers are also purely electric. An electric rotary head (KDK) and the electric main winch ensure the highest level of performance. Furthermore, the BAUER eBG 33 H all electric is equipped with our new B-Tronic 5 with assistance systems and extended data networking.

Rethinking cutter projects: BAUER Cube System

The BAUER Cube System was specially developed for use in confined spaces. Due to its flexible application possibilities, for example, it is capable of operating below ground while life on the surface goes about its usual business. It produces less dust and noise, benefiting personnel as well as the entire environment. Due to its compact format and reduced need for construction vehicles, traffic is less negatively impacted as well. For us, this is a real gamechanger when it comes to challenging cutter projects in densely populated urban areas.

BE 600-C 实现更高效的除砂效果

Bauer MAT 泥浆处理系统是 BAUER Maschinen Group 搅拌与分离技术专家。2023 年春，阿尔高分公司推出全新的除砂设备 BE 600-C，真正实现了一机多用：这款两级设备采用双旋风分离器设计，安装在容器框架内。除每小时 600 m3 的吞吐量外，该设备还具备处理速度极快以及易于组装的特点，因此可在极短的时间内投入使用，适用于铣挖机、隧道挖掘机、抓斗或钻探项目。特点：根据需要，BE 600-C 可分为两个独立的 BE 300-C 单元，在最小的细节上都具备灵活性。

Full speed ahead with the RTG track piler

Short shutdown times, demanding geographical conditions and tight spaces: Railway engineering is a challenging area for the use of specialist foundation engineering technology. After all, it is crucial for foundation projects around train stations to block as few tracks as possible in order to maintain operations. Together with the company Techne based in Leipzig, RTG Rammtechnik GmbH developed a track piler (track-bound piling rig) that opens up entirely new options in this area of application.

Perfectly coordinated cutting system: BAUER BCS 185

In the form of the BCS 185, the BAUER Maschinen Group presented guests at its in-house exhibition in spring 2023 with a specialized cutter carrier that offers a highly economical entry-level variant for a cutter system combined with the hose drum system HDS 90-T. This equipment can achieve trench depths of up to 90 m. During the development process, one key focus was to ensure compact and modular design in order to optimize the equipment for transport and assembly. Specifically, it is made up of a MT 185 base carrier equipped with a 585 kW (Stage V) engine, an HDS 90-T hose drum system and a BC cutter unit from Bauer – impressive technology.
